Welcome to the second episode of We Ain’t Got No History’s new segment We Ain’t Got No Podcast, hosted by your very own Jimmy Funnell and Ram Srinivas!
In today’s episode, we sat down with The Busby Babe writers/podcasters Brent Maximin and Colin Damms for a chat about Sunday’s clash between Chelsea and Manchester United at Old Trafford, analyzing the game and how United were able to sucker-punch their way to victory. We also discussed what went wrong for Chelsea and what both teams could have done better. With many of the game’s starters being youth players on both sides, the two teams’ chances for the rest of the season were also at the centre of discussion and how those academy players may influence the outcome.
All these topics and many more are on the agenda so tune in if you feel the need to process what happened (we certainly did) and tell us what your thoughts are in the comment section below!
Your hosts are Jimmy Funnell a.k.a. BromleyBlue (@JimmyFunnellCFC) and Ram Srinivas (@rramesss) joined by the Busby Babe authors Brent Maximin and (@brentmaximin) and Colin Damms (@colintheshots95):
