Jadon Sancho, who is reportedly on Chelsea’s summer shortlist once again, played a key role in Borussia Dortmund’s vital 3-2 victory over RB Leipzig earlier today, scoring two of the three goals to take his tally for the season to 14. With the win, Dortmund have moved at least temporarily into fourth position, the final Champions League spot in the Bundesliga, two points above fifth-place Eintracht Frankfurt who do have a game in hand
Despite complete happiness over BVB’s latest crucial win, their fifth in a row, Sancho appeared to be less than certain about his own future at Signal Iduna Park.
“I don’t know about my future.”
“I am very happy here in Dortmund at the moment. I love the club, the fans and the team. They gave me my first professional start. The fans motivate and push me to the limit.”

Chelsea are currently more in need of a centre forward than a winger, someone who can score some of the gazillion chances that we create each game, but if our primary targets are unavailable at that position, should we make a move for Sancho instead (who’s also pretty prolific)?
Decisions, decisions...
