Chelsea, PSG and Barcelona are all said to be in the contention for Miralem Pjanic’s signature, however, it would appear that the player himself prefers a move to Camp Nou. According to Mundo Deportivo, the Catalan club are relaxed about their prospects of signing the 30-year-old since they know that Pjanic’s heart is set on a move to Spain and to team up with Lionel Messi.

But at the same time, it's quite evident that Maurizio Sarri's clamoring for his favorite regista, Jorginho, and seems to think that Pjanic could be used as a potential makeweight in a deal. However, from Juventus’ perspective, it makes more sense to go after Arthur Melo (or even Leandro Paredes).

Signing Jorginho would be complicated at best, and not just because he's surely worth more in the open market than Pjanic. In the current scenario, it makes more sense for Chelsea to keep Jorginho anyway, seeing his value in Lampard’s setup.

PS: It would be pretty cool if the 30-year-old ends up at Real Madrid where he can recreate the iconic Pjanic! At The D-Isco!
