According to Brazilian news outlet UOL, Chelsea winger Willian rejected a contract offer from the club that would extend his tenure at Stamford Bridge for two more years.

Willian had already made clear that his intention was to get a three-year deal from his negotiations with Chelsea. And it seems that he is not budging from his demands.

In case Willian does not put pen to paper to a new deal until June this year, he will be allowed to leave the club without compensation this summer. In fact he is already free to negotiate a pre-contract with other clubs as of now, thanks to the Bosman ruling.

His target is apparently to stay in Europe, and English clubs are reportedly willing to give him a way to stay in the continent.

It will not be nice to see Willian wearing any shirt that is not Chelsea’s beginning next season. Not very nice at all.
