Jude Bellingham is almost a household name at this point, especially if you pay any attention to the Championship or the rumor mill.
The 16-year-old has shown maturity well beyond his years in both his gameplay and his attitude, and all the big clubs have taken notice, including Chelsea. However, the young midfielder apparently only has eyes for Borussia Dortmund as per Sport BILD (via Sport Witness).
Dortmund are known for fostering an environment well suited to the development of young footballers — while remaining competitive on the pitch — and it’s easy to see how that would be appealing to Bellingham (he doesn’t have to look too far beyond Jadon Sancho). While Chelsea have our own youth movement going these days, Dortmund have been a much better track record in this regard. BVB are probably best possible choice for the teenager. He’s rejected Bayern already, who were presumably one of the four teams, including Chelsea, who reportedly agreed to pay Birmingham City’s asking price.
Our Story: Jude Bellingham @BCFC will not join @FCBayern. @BVB is still the favorite for the transfer @SPORTBILD @westsven

The silver lining from all this is that it will probably be easier to tie down our very-own Faustino Anjorin to a new deal, something which is now coincidentally close to resolution if the latest reports are to be believed.
