Emerson Palmieri agent confirms Juventus, Inter interest, plays coy on Chelsea future

New, comments

Good as gone?

Emerson Palmieri’s season has gone downhill almost as drastically as Chelsea’s.

From a (Chelsea) Man Least Worst of the Match performance in our opening day defeat to a report yesterday that he will be pushing for an exit at the end of the season, the 25-year-old’s time at the Bridge could very well be ending after 2.5 years of largely inconsequential (and often injury-affected) football.

Following yesterday’s reports, the left back’s agent was a man in demand. And he certainly wasted no time in starting to set the scene for a busy summer.

“We know very well about Juventus’ interest but also about Inter. So far there has been no talk of a transfer with Chelsea, nor has there been any official offer. I believe that until May there will be no official offers from the two clubs. In the summer we will decide what to do.”
