Chelsea have started talking with £100m-man Jadon Sancho's representatives regarding a summer transfer, if France Football are to be believed.
Sounds great, right? Well...
France Football are claiming that Chelsea have begun conversations with Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho's entourage about a possible summer move.

Even if we ignore the questionable logistics of the report itself — French media breaking news on a German club’s English player represented by an England-based agency talking with an English club — the idea that we’re immediately making moves on Sancho after just finalizing the signing of Hakim Ziyech seems more fantasy than reality.
(Ed.note: France Football do administer the Ballon d’Or voting, so it’s not entirely inconceivable that they would be keeping tabs on a potential future recipient of that award, but that’s stretching things.)
And as much as we’d love to see it, it also seems highly unlikely that Chelsea would be able to roll out for next season with a wing quartet of Christian Pulisic, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Hakim Ziyech, and Jadon Sancho — even if we let both Pedro and Willian go, which certainly is plausible. All those players want to play every match and want to be the main men at their clubs. While that’s certainly possible in FIFA or FM, in real life that’s a much harder proposition, especially when the likes of Manchester United will be offering uncontested starring roles.
Of course, anything is possible in football, so we shouldn’t give up hope.
