Napoli were reportedly in advanced negotiations with Chelsea over a loan deal for Tiémoué Bakayoko after submitting a bid, have now apparently reached an agreement over a season-long loan for the midfielder, as per Fabrizio Romano, Gianluca Di Marzio, Goal and RMC Sport amongst many others.
Chelsea have accepted Napoli bid for Tiemoué Bakayoko. He’s joining on loan until June 2021 - back with Rino Gattuso as manager. Deal to be completed tomorrow, waiting for medicals and paperworks to be signed. #CFC #Napoli @LucaMarchetti @DiMarzio

Chelsea were pushing for an option, or preferably an obligation to buy to be inserted into the deal, but it appears that the Blues have accepted the Serie A side’s bid, and the transfer will be a dry loan with no options or obligations of any kind involved. Chelsea will also pay a part of Bakayoko’s salary, as per Di Marzio.
Only the last details are pending, and Bakayoko is reportedly scheduled to go to Naples tomorrow for his medical.
Bakayoko is expected to be one of many unwanted players who will be part of a clear-out this weekend, as Chelsea look to trim the squad before the summer transfer window of 2020 slams shut.
