As Callum Hudson-Odoi was putting in a good display on the Chelsea right wing at Stamford Bridge (and left wing for a bit as well, after switching with Timo Werner), Bayern Munich were busy putting their entitlement on display in the press conference room.
Here’s head coach Hansi Flick talking about another team’s player like if it’s the most natural thing in the world.
“I don’t know what will happen. But he is one of the biggest talents in his position. So it is normal that a club like Bayern deals with him.”

Must be nice. Most managers at least play the game of not talking about other teams’ players even when the potential transfers in question are more obvious and likely to happen than Bayern’s continuing and annoying pursuit of Hudson-Odoi.
FCB-Manager Hansi Flick confirms the interest of @FCBayern in Callum Hudson-Odoi: „He is one of the greatest talents on the position. therefore it is legitimate that we at Bayern Munich deal with him“ @ChelseaFC

Bayern are of course enabled by German media pushing this story, and while sources closer to home all agree that nothing’s actually happening with Hudson-Odoi, and he himself doesn’t want anything to happen either, this story probably won’t be put to bed until the transfer window closes on Monday.
Oh hurray.
