SkyBet ... err Sky Sports are not doing too well in their rumor-mongering thus far as we enter January transfer window crunch time, with Barcelona-sources in Spain literally laughing at the two big rumors peddled by the station.
According to ESPN’s Moisés Llorens, Barca are not only not offering €24m for Willian or €100m for Everton’s Richarlison, but are watching the whole thing unfold on Twitter and TV with as much as amusement as we greeted this news.

Even if Barcelona were to dip back into this well for the about the third or fourth time, there’s practically no way Chelsea would sell Willian at this time.
Regardless of whether we can (or want to) nail him down to a new contract, and whether that new contract will be for one year or two, Willian’s been one of Lampard’s most trusted players so far this season — even amidst this historic youth revolution — and that’s not likely to change anytime soon.
