Eden Hazard to Real Madrid looks all but a certainty, and Spanish papers have tried to outdo each other in calling exactly when and how it will happen. Marca, for example, have been saying it’s “imminent” and will be done “within days” for over two weeks.
But this latest one comes from France, namely Téléfoot journalist Fred Calenge. He’s saying that Hazard has agreed personal terms with Real Madrid. So, all that’s left now is to negotiate the final price with Chelsea.
Eden Hazard has agreed contract terms with Real Madrid, according to @FredCalenge.

This may or may not be a new development (if even actually true). Rumors of a contract agreement with Real Madrid have been a thing since for several months now, and Hazard may have had an agreement in principle with Real for quite some time, too — even as Chelsea are continuing to refuse to budge on the €100m asking price. No one other than Hazard really knows, probably.
But Calenge, who’s mostly a new name for us in the transfer oracle business, is said to be well connected with the likes of Zinedine Zidane and the French national team, so he might have some actual inside information.
Context on @FredCalenge regarding the 3 stories below: there has not been a journalist consistently as close to the French national team over the last decade as him.

Or he might not. He’s also pushing Salah discord and Pogba-to-Real stories, at least one of which is not quite as believable as his Hazard angle.
Téléfoot journalist @FredCalenge claims that Mohamed Salah no longer really gets on with Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp.

Finally, per @FredCalenge, discussions between Paul Pogba and Real Madrid are “well advanced” over a potential €150m summer deal.

In any case, the Hazard story is unlikely to resolve (at least in public) until after the end of the season. Until then, rumors claiming that the Real Madrid transfer, or various parts of it, are done or are set to be done or are imminent.
Eventually, one of those stories probably will be true.
