After spending last season on loan at Championship club Hull City, Chelsea defender Ola Aina could leaves the confines of the British Isles in his next assignment. The 21-year-old made 46 appearances, with only 2 of them as a substitute, in his first full season as a senior professional with Hull last season. He played mostly as a right-back for the Tigers, but also featuring at left-back, as well as in left and right midfielder slots on occasion.

Torino, former home of Davide Zappacosta, are interested in reinforcing their fullback options, with their sporting director Gianluca Petrachi visiting London to arrange deals for Aina and West Bromwich left-back Kieran Gibbs. PSV are in a similar situation, having lost right-back Santiago Arias to Atlético Madrid this summer.
Several Championship clubs are said to be interested in the Chelsea youngster. However, moving abroad could be a more interesting option over staying in England’s second level if a Premier League applicant does not join the chase.
