David Ornstein of BBC Sports is reporting that Ross Barkley is adding his name to list of players to turn down a move to Chelsea this summer.

"This is unofficial, but from quite a good source, telling me that Barkley has turned down a move to Chelsea tonight. I don't know whether that opens the way for a move to Tottenham or to stay at Everton."
While not in Ornstein’s report, it’s been reported elsewhere that Barkley has preferred Tottenham over Chelsea. Until Barkley is officially seen in a Spurs kit, this can’t be officially confirmed. But for now, it appears that Spurs have captured the heart Barkley, assuming of course they can meet Everton's still very high asking price of £35m (Chelsea had bid £25m but were considering raising it).
So, it appears that Barkley has wiggled his way out of training with Antonio Conte. We look forward to watching Chelsea beat his new (or old) team later this year.
