Antonio Rüdiger’s world tour of medicals continues — reports

Where in the world is Antonio Rüdiger?

The 24-year-old is all but set to sign with Chelsea in the coming days, presumably before heading off on vacation for a couple weeks following his exertions at the Confederations Cup with Germany. But to do that, he needs to pass a medical, however much of a formality that may be given his excellent recovery from last summer’s ACL injury, and then he needs to actually sign the contract. But of those have to be done in person. So where in the world is Antonio Rüdiger?

Yesterday, he was supposed to be in London, taking the medical before signing on the dotted line.

Now he is in Los Angeles, again taking a medical before signing on the dotted line.

Where will he be tomorrow? Back in London? Back home in Berlin? From Paris to Berlin in every disco I get in? Perhaps Manchester just to mess with us? Tbilisi? That one island where all the penguins are? International space station? Coming soon to a location near you, the Antonio Rüdiger Medical Exam World Tour! Don’t miss it.

Just another day in Silly Season then.
