With the arrival of Álvaro Morata from Real Madrid, Chelsea's striker situation has been sorted out. Still, the Blues still need to find a solution to midfielder Nemanja Matic's predicament, as the Serbian international wants to leave the club following Tiemoué Bakayoko's arrival at the Bridge.

One of potential suitors for Matic are Italian club Juventus who, according to Corriere Dello Sport, have been in constant contact with one of the player's intermediaries in agent Giuseppe Riso at their "transfer centre" in Milan. However, the Old Lady do not want to pay up the current demands from Chelsea for the midfielder, as the Blues seek €45 million to let go of Matic.

Corriere's report claims that Juve also have their sights on Liverpool jack-of-all-trades Emre Can, as well as Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi. And while Can seems set to sign a new contract with the Reds, Matuidi is seeking to leave PSG as he only has one year left on his current contract. Unfortunately for him and his agent Mino Raiola, the club's chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi does not want to sell at the moment.

Much like Matuidi, Matic is also eager to leave his current club, although to one that still offers a chance for silverware. He would certainly get those opportunities for trophies at Juventus, although he might need to sit around patiently while both sides find an amicable agreement. A phone call to Alex Sandro to get him deciding in favor of Chelsea may not go amiss either, hint hint Nemanja.
