It has been well documented that newly promoted Premier League clubs Brighton and Newcastle United are most interested in taking Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham on loan next season. Tammy himself has stated his desire to play at the highest level possible — thus probably ruling out recent suggestions that Vitesse might have a chance.
So, a Premier League loan looks most likely, but as Tammy has delayed making a decision until after the European U21 Championships, he now has another club to choose from in Swansea City. Their chairman, Huw Jenkins, confirmed their interest to BBC Wales Sport yesterday.
"He's a young and up and coming player we are interested in. Tammy does not have Premier League experience, but we are interested.”
"Paul [Clement] knows him from Chelsea. If you look at the options which have been publicised, (they are) Brighton, Newcastle and ourselves, so it is left to Tammy and his family to decide where he wants to go next."

Swansea’s current striker situation is rather uncertain, with former Chelsea-target Fernando Llorente linked a move away, returning loanee Bafetimbi Gomis possibly leaving for Galatasaray and Borja Baston being courted by Mélaga. Jordan Ayew looks set to stay, though, with promising striker Oliver McBurnie also knocking on the door of the first-team. Swansea have played a two-striker system on occasion under Paul Clement, so there’s a possibility that Abraham could see regular minutes next season despite possibly facing higher quality competition than at either Newcastle or Brighton. It’s a credit to Abraham that he has multiple Premier League clubs to choose from, but it also makes his decision all that much harder.
