Jonathan Biabiany was linked with a surprise loan move to Chelsea late yesterday, but according to Sky Sports Italia’s Fabrizio Romano, the 28-year-old Inter Milan winger has rejected the bid.
Biabiany refused Chelsea bid. He doesn't want simple 6-months loan. And he's waiting for some offer from China. #transfers #CFC

Even though Biabiany has barely played all season for Inter — he’s been named to most matchday squads but has hardly moved from his spot on the bench — he’s not keen on a temporary move and apparently wants Chinese Super League moneys instead. Well, good luck to him in that regard; this rumor was always a bit underwhelming anyway. And by a bit, I mean lot.
Chelsea appear to be exploring last-minute options along three positions: backup goalkeeper, depth at wingback, and maybe depth in attack. While Biabiany could’ve conceivably added to the options both at wingback and in attack, surely Chelsea can do better than some castoff who can’t even get playing time against the likes of Antonio Candreva, Ivan Perišić, Éder, and the ancient Rodrigo Palacio.
