David Luiz will not be returning to Chelsea -- report

It had to be someone, so it might as well be the Telegraph's Matt Law, a man we normally regard as quite reliable when it comes to all things Chelsea, to pour cold water on the David Luiz hotness.  Matt Law must be real fun at parties.
