Dutch midfielder Marco van Ginkel enjoyed an amazing four-month spell at PSV Eindhoven in the second half of last season, scoring 8 goals in 13 appearances and playing a key role in the team in securing their 23rd Eredivisie title. He was brought back to Chelsea this summer, joining other returning loanees in our preseason preparations at Cobham, but was included in neither the Austria nor the USA traveling squads. His future, whether on loan or permanently, lies away from Cheslea at the moment.
According to Dutch newspaper Eindhovens Dagblad, PSV have made acquiring Van Ginkel a priority for their summer transfer window. But while Van Ginkel himself had already stated his desire to return to PSV as well, his agent, Karel Jensen maintains it is still too early to assume that the 23-year-old won't be in Chelsea's plans this season.
"It makes no sense to force things. Marco is at Chelsea under contract and the new coach [Antonio Conte] has only recently been able to see him at work. In the coming period, a decision [will be] made about him. It may take some time."

While Van Ginkel made it clear that he is looking for a permanent transfer if he isn't part of Chelsea's first team plans, the Blues could still opt for another loan move instead. In both scenarios, PSV would be willing to give his talents a home, no doubt.
