Alexandre Pato's adorable little heart wants nothing more than to stay with Chelsea

Poor little Duckie.  All he wants is stay with his new family, to smile and smile and smile some more as he works oh so very hard on the training ground, just for that one chance, that next chance to prove himself again.

Look at his face, how could you say no to that face.  Look at it!  Adorbs.

"In every training session I was visualising what it would be like in a match. I never gave up and always wanted to train more. When Guus [Hiddink] gave me the chance to play I was very happy. Scoring that goal was a weight off my shoulders."

"I know that I still need more games to show my value. I feel that my body and mind are strong. My aim is to stay here in Europe and continue at Chelsea."

It's too bad that Pato missed a couple glorious chances against Swansea last weekend.  That was his big chance, getting the start after the extended appearance as a substitute the week before that included the penalty kick goal.  Now, with Costa fully fit, Traoré an option for the future, and even Radamel Falcao still getting named to the bench for some reason, Pato is once again floundering down the pecking order.

Five games left then for Pato to showcase his abilities (and for his agent to woo the club).  That's not a lot of time at all before the Chelsea front office has to decide whether to take up the buy-option or send the 26-year-old back to Brazil.  What would you do?
