The latest update in what seems to be a very rapidly developing situation regarding Oscar's potential move to Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG has apparently come from the man himself, while talking to Brazilian media.
"It's 90% certain. It just depends on some bureaucratic details."

News of the move broke shortly after Antonio Conte's pre-match press conference on Tuesday, and was reported in a multitude of outlets in England, including the Times, the Telegraph, the Daily Mail and the Evening Standard. There's every reason to believe that with this much agreement across various media, there's something definitely afoot. This apparent confirmation from the player himself basically makes the transfer (£52-60m) all but official.
In a further related note, there are unconfirmed reports floating around on Twitter that Oscar did not travel with the team to Sunderland, though it should be noted that he had also been missing time lately due to illness.
