Well, so much for having a pleasant, relaxing Sunday. Chelsea captain John Terry has apparently confirmed that he's leaving the Blues when his contract expires at the end of the season:
John Terry has just said that Chelsea will not renew his contract. He does not want to join another Eng club but will keep playing

It's unclear who's made the choice that Terry's going, but it seems like there's now no way back: the club will have to do without him from the end of this year. The Kurt Zouma/Gary Cahill partnership doesn't seem like it'll be enough to get Chelsea to where they want to be defensively, so don't be surprised if another defender comes in in an attempt to replace someone who, frankly, is completely irreplaceable.
Terry's trophy list includes four Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, the Champions League and the Europa League. Hopefully he'll be able add to that tally before he goes.
