Wolfsburg and Chelsea are reportedly close to a Schurrle agreement, with personal terms already agreed

German paper Kicker are reporting that Wolfsburg have indeed made a large offer for Chelsea forward Andre Schurrle, believed to be worth €27 million. With the Blues reportedly seeking about €30 million for the World Cup winner, Kicker believes that a deal will likely be reached.

The paper is also claiming that the German club has agreed to personal terms with Schurrle, though whether or not this is accurate is anybody's guess. Regardless, with Juan Cuadrado reportedly on his way to Tottenham to have his Chelsea medical, and Schurrle being left out of the Chelsea squad in the past few matches, it seems like the two will be parting ways very shortly.

What will be interesting to see is whether or not Chelsea wind up shipping out both Mohamed Salah and Schurrle during this window, and if they do so, whether they'd go back into the market for Shakhtar's Douglas Costa. The fun might just be starting...
