Sunday morning brought news that Arsenal had pulled out of the race to sign Loic Remy, and it looks as if Sunday afternoon will bring us an official announcement from the club. Multiple reporters are now claiming that a medical has been completed, and that a deal between the player and the club has been agreed.

In addition to these reports, there's also this photo of Remy holding a Chelsea shirt making the rounds:

That looks like a real photo, and everything points to an announcement from Chelsea imminently. All of a sudden, Chelsea look to have three capable strikers in the squad, two of whom can competently play in a wide or supporting role as well. Hooray!
