Friday was a very good day, as we found out officially that Fernando Torres is no longer a Chelsea player. While that news is hard to get too upset about, it does mean Chelsea are in need of depth up top.
One of the players that's been linked to a Chelsea move is QPR's Loic Remy, who finds himself left out of today's squad.

Does this mean a move to Chelsea is imminent? Certainly not. That said, Remy is a clear starter for that awful club when healthy, and his omission in a time when he's both healthy and the fixture list isn't crowded is sure to raise eyebrows. There seems very little reason not to include your best player in the squad unless you're trying to keep him healthy for a potential move.
I suppose we'll have to keep an eye on this.
