Bertrand Traore returns to Vitesse Arnhem

The Burkina Faso international will spend another season in the Eredivisie

Chelsea teenager Bertrand Traore won't be at Stamford Bridge during the 2014/15 season, instead, he'll return to the place he called home after signing his first professional deal. The Burkina Faso international has been loaned to Vitesse Arnhem for the upcoming season, and will be with the club as they get their preseason underway.

Traore impressed during the preseason tour with Chelsea last season, but due to his age, had to wait until January to sign his first professional deal. He was immediately loaned to Vitesse Arnhem, and became an increasingly important part of their squad as the season wore on.

For Traore, this will be the first full season of his professional career, so it's probably for the best that he's returning to somewhere that he's already relatively settled, and will be linking up with quite a few teammates that he already knows. The full preseason should help as well, and with any luck, both he and Wallace will manage to cement regular roles with the club before the season ever kicks off.
