We knew it was coming after Chelsea announced that a deal had been struck, but today Paris St. Germain have confirmed the signing of center back/midfielder David Luiz. The Brazilian's three and a half year spell at Chelsea has come to a close, and his number four shirt has already been given away.

Luiz didn't feature as heavily last season under Jose Mourinho as he had in the past, but he was still a very, very good player that will be hard to replace. As of yet, the club have not been seriously linked to a player that will provide any of what we lost when the crazy-haired one went to France.
While the player divided opinion among the Chelsea fanbase more than just about anyone in recent memory, I'm sure we'll all be wishing him well with his new project. Just don't have one of your lights-out performances if we meet agains in the Champions League, ok?
