How do you feel about Chelsea signing Cesc Fabregas

What are your thoughts on the signing?

Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

The World Cup kicks off today, but Chelsea fans everywhere will be focused on the announcement of Cesc Fabregas signing with Chelsea. As Fabregas is both a well-known player and has history with one of our closest rivals, this move is certainly going to bring out a wide variety of responses.

Personally, I'm not entirely sure what to make of this. Fabregas has loads of talent, is homegrown, and is probably still in the peak years of his career. He'll be a major help in Chelsea's quest to win trophies next season, assuming he's managed correctly.

That said, since leaving Arsenal, his game hasn't been one I enjoy watching at all. He's among my least favorite footballers on the planet at the moment, and he's now taking over the number four shirt from a fan favorite. He's also a bit of a square peg for a round hole, unless one of the current attacking trio makes way, or Jose Mourinho changes our basic shape a bit.

Attached is a poll for you to vote in, and let us know what you think of this one. The results should be interesting.
