Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma has been rumored to be close to a switch to the Netherlands for the past several weeks, and the club have confirmed that only a medical stands in the way of Bruma becoming a fromer Chelsea player. The two clubs and Bruma have agreed to a deal which will see him joining the Dutch outfit for about €3 million, and the deal will include a buyback of some sort for Chelsea:
PSV-aanwinst @JBruma is op Twitter hard op weg naar de 50K volgers. Helpen de PSV-fans hem een handje? Welkom, Jeffrey! #psv #bruma

PSV also confirm that there is a buy-back clause in Bruma's contract.

I'm certainly happy to see that Chelsea pushed for the buyback, as giving themselves options should Bruma ever develop into a top defender seems like a wise thing t do. Yhe odds are certainly against that happening, but you just never know.
Best of luck in the Netherlands Jeffrey, and hopefully you manage to do enough at PSV to force your way into consideration for the World Cup squad next season.
