Davila agent expecting La Liga loan

Otto Greule Jr

This isn't much to go on, but it is something. Ulises Davila's agent, who represents several up and coming Mexican players, was quizzed on some of his charges when he let information regarding Davila's next destination slip out into the wild. While the 22-year-old clearly isn't ready for a serious run with the first team*, he deserves to be tested next season, and it looks like he'll be deployed in Spain's top flight -- a good experience for anyone.

*He's actually been cursed by an angry sea-god to wander Europe for a few more years before coming home. DON'T KILL THE COWS.

Here's what Google Translate has to say:

Although it is likely that there is a transfer to a Spanish First Division team, but we are seeing, defining some details and have which team finishes making the services of Ulysses

Davila, who spent last season in the Segunda division with Sabadell after an unsuccessful spell in the Eredivisie, isn't ready for a top-level side, but the mid-table should suit him just fine. If he can get significant playing time in Spain next year, it'll be fantastic preparation for life in London or wherever else he might end up.
