After a busy summer, Chelsea have finalized not only the first-team squad but by extension, the first-team shirt numbers for the season already underway, confirming the assignment of the No.17 to last-minute loan signing Saúl Ñíguez.
While the transfer windows remain open in Russia and Turkey and a few other leagues, there are no changes expected to this until January at the earliest. Changes from last season are highlighted.
