Reece James shows off glorious Champions League trophy tattoo

May 29 historic

Reece James was among the group of players returning last from summer holidays thanks to his involvement in England’s run to the final of Euro 2020/1, and while all of them returned refreshed and rejuvenated and ready to take on the challenges of the new season, James came back with something rather quite glorious as well.

As revealed on his own and Chelsea’s official Instagram accounts, the 21-year-old has commemorated our (second, his first) Champions League triumph with a beautiful and massive tattoo on his right calf (which, I’ve been assured, is a rather painful place to get thousands of little needle jabs). It looks as high quality as James’ right leg delivering crosses in the area.

BEHOLD!

“Dream Believe Achieve” it says.

And he certainly did.

We can only hope he gets to ink several more trophies and/or dates in the future! We may be hemorrhaging young talent just out of the Academy these days, but the likes of James (and Mount and Hudson-Odoi and...) can certainly keep flying the Blue Academy flag high.
