1. TREVOH CHALOBAH (9.1)
An obvious yet also more than well deserved top spot for the 22-year-old Academy graduate making his Premier League debut, his Stamford Bridge debut, and his second senior start for the club in just four days.
A memorable and momentous week culminating in a wondergoal and a Man of the Match performance — truly a dream come true, and hopefully a dream that neither he nor we have to wake up from just yet.
2. MARCOS ALONSO (8.6)
Alonso’s now one of the longest continuously serving members of the first-team (alongside N’Golo Kanté and behind César Azpilicueta) and yet, after a half-decade in Chelsea Blue, he still continues to amaze — in front of the opposition goal.
No other defender (“defender”) has scored more than Alonso’s 22 during his time in the Premier League, and his 25 career goals for the club put him in a six-way tie for No.100 on the all-time scoring charts (level with Mark Stein, Hernán Crespo, Michy Batshuayi, Michael Essien, and Gary Cahill) — and also make him the active leader on the team with Tammy Abraham and Batshuayi both leaving (though the latter only on loan).
3. CHRISTIAN PULISIC (7.9)
If Pulisic played Palace every week, he’d win all the Ballon d’Ors. That’s five in five against the Eagles, for Mr. Bald Eagle. Or is it Mr. Tiger?
vs. CRYSTAL PALACE (PL, H, W 3-0)
