Chelsea preseason rolls on, and just as two years ago, we’re taking it to Dublin, Republic of Ireland for a week — or a “little outside of” the city, to County Kildare. Unlike two years ago, it doesn’t sound like any of the friendlies there will be televised or streamed (unless your name is Roman Abramovich), which is unfortunate.
Continuing the pattern of secrecy, Chelsea have not published the name of the traveling squad, but @CarefreeYouth’s little birdies have told him the following 24:
GOALKEEPERS: Arrizabalaga, Bergström, Cumming, Mendy
FULL BACKS: Alonso, Baba, Sterling, Zappacosta
CENTER BACKS: Chalobah, Clarke-Salter, Miazga, Sarr
MIDFIELDERS: Baker, Barkley, Drinkwater, Gallagher, Loftus-Cheek
WINGERS: Hudson-Odoi, Musonda, Pulisic, Ziyech
STRIKERS: Abraham, Broja, Ugbo
So basically the same squad as for the first week of preseason training, less the ones who transferred or left on loan during that time. Still no Bakayoko or Kenedy, and still no players from the Euros. (UPDATE: Tino Anjorin and Ian Maatsen may or may not be isolating at the moment.)

Chelsea are expected to stay in Dublin — perhaps at Carton House again? — for about a week, before playing a friendly against Bournemouth, in Bournemouth next Tuesday.
#CFC have left for Dublin today as I reported last week. They will be playing a friendly against a local team on Thursday but it will be behind closed doors so no fans can attend. https://t.co/rOWy32jYRe
