Chelsea loanee Armando Broja’s ascension to a prolific goal-scorer at Chelsea B Vitesse continues, with the Albania international’s latest exploits coming in a game against PEC Zwolle in the Eredivisie.
Latching onto a brilliant through ball from midfielder Thomas Bruns in the 27th minute, the 19-year-old held off the opposition defender, beat him in a foot-race to the penalty box, and then beat the goalkeeper by firing a powerful shot into the back of the net, making it all look very easy in the process for his 10th league goal of the season.

Vitesse managed to add another goal in injury time, thereby winning the match 2-1. They’re now just four points off second place PSV Eindhoven with three games in-hand, and are still in contention to qualify for next season’s Champions League qualifiers.
As for Broja, who now has 11 goals and 3 assists in all competitions (in just over 2000 minutes), a tougher loan assignment certainly appears to be on the cards for next season.
