Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has yet to lose a match since his arrival in England, leading Chelsea back into the top-four of the Premier League, and now he’s been also recognized for those efforts by the league’s monthly awards process as he was named Premier League Manager of the Month for March earlier today.
Tuchel was nominated for February as well, but lost out to the equally undefeated Pep Guardiola. But the Manchester City boss did not garner a nomination for March, clearing the way for the Chelsea man.
Congrats!

Obviously, now we have to contend with avoiding the curse of the Manager of the Month, in addition to not slipping on the proverbial banana peel of facing the second-to-last team on a lunchtime kickoff immediately following an international break.
“I am really happy to have received this award and I believe it is a great achievement for everybody at the club who is involved in putting the team together to play each week. The award would not be possible if it wasn’t for the hard work of all my coaching staff and the wider support team who all push the team in the same direction, to achieve success.
“Lastly, I want to acknowledge the hard work of the players who have given me their maximum efforts and commitment since I arrived and we hope we can keep this strong run going until the very end of the season.”

All unbeaten runs must come to an eventually, but hopefully not yet for us.
