Chelsea FCW’s first encounter with Atlético Madrid in the Women Champions League’s round of 16 did not start on the best of notes, with Sophie Ingle receiving a red card after fouling Rasheedat Ajibade in the penalty box. But the Colchoneros did not count the heroics of goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger to keep the Blues with a fighting chance in the match, as she defended the spot kick from Deyna Castellanos against her goal.
