UPDATE: When we fail, we all fail together. The correct lineup is not the one previously informed by Chelsea’s official Twitter, and consequently via our own account.
Spirits are high at Stamford Bridge, but some bodies might be tired from all the football played in quick succession during pandemic times. Nevertheless we persist in doing our best to collect victories in our path, all while respecting even those who on paper seem to be our easiest adversaries — as it is the case with Sheffield United in their current form.
A starting eleven full of players who have been regular features in our previous matches under Thomas Tuchel goes to show that the FA Cup is serious business for us. No room for mistakes when we are so close to adding another cup to our cabinet.
Turns out Tuchel is rather keen on rotation, giving a chance to shine to several of our second-fiddle players. It is still serious business however, as even our substitutes could make a very good Premier League starting eleven with no issue.
Let’s do this!
