London Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrest of a 19-year-old male after being called to the scene of an “unwell woman” at 3:53am on Sunday.

As of the latest reports by the Mail and Reuters, the man remains in police custody with the woman taken to hospital and investigators returning to the scene later on Sunday.

It would appear that the scene is Callum Hudson-Odoi’s property, and the man arrested is none other than Callum Hudson-Odoi himself. It’s unclear whether Hudson-Odoi was arrested for breaching lockdown rules or for the woman feeling unwell, or both, or neither.

This is all the facts we know at this point. The original story was broken by The Sun, and you can read their salacious version of the facts if you click here.

The Mail have contacted Chelsea for comment, but the club appear to have not responded yet. The Mail’s report does claim that the news “has filtered” back already to the club.

We don’t know the full story, so it’s important not to jump to any conclusions. Obviously, this is not good, amusing, or funny in any way shape or form. In fact, it’s bad and could potentially be very bad.
