Chelsea wonderkid Callum Hudson-Odoi is the latest Premier League player to be diagnosed with COVID-19. Hudson-Odoi had reportedly developed symptoms on Monday and was not seen at the training ground since.

All Chelsea personnel who had recent close contact with Hudson-Odoi will now self-isolate to be in accordance to the Government and Public Health Guidelines. This means all of the men’s first team squad, coaching staff, and multiple personnel will have to adhere to the self-isolation guidelines.

Next steps regarding to upcoming fixtures with the Premier League is still developing. There is an emergency meeting with club leaders slated for tomorrow morning after multiple players and staff had tested positive, including Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.

March sadness is in the air. Get well soon Callum! Be safe everyone!
