Chelsea were uncharacteristically nervy throughout today’s match, and it showed in the second half as Arsenal got their equaliser after several attempts — most of which were saved by goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger.
Thankfully we have Beth England, who would simply not give the title away to Arsenal. Her second goal in true centre-forward fashion wraps it up for the Blues, who lift their first ever Continental Cup title.
Congratulations!
