If there’s something strange in your neighborhood, like you’re all even at 1-1 with AS Roma, WHO YOU GONNA CALL?
Super Mario!

On Saturday night, Atalanta were hosting AS Roma in a game very similar in nature to Chelsea’s upcoming clash against Manchester United on Monday.
Atalanta, sitting in fourth, had a three-point lead over AS Roma, sitting in fifth, at the start of the day.
Now they have a six-point lead, thanks to super sub Super Mario, who scored within 17 seconds of arriving on the pitch in the 59th minute. His goal made it 2-1, which Atalanta would see out for the full three points.
Presumably, this will make it even more likely that Atalanta will actually exercise their €15m buyout clause on the Chelsea loanee at the end of the season, as had been reported (again) recently.
