November was a good month for Chelsea, as the team kept our now 15-match unbeaten run going in all competitions, including winning two out of our three matches in the league and drawing the third against top of the table Tottenham.

That success has gotten Frank Lampard a nomination for Premier League Manager of the Month, for the fourth time since becoming Chelsea head coach last season (when he was nominated for September and June, won for October, and also got a manager of the year nomination).

Despite the good results, Lampard’s unlikely to win this month as he’s facing José Mourinho, who’s top of the table, and David Moyes, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with West Ham. Ole Gunnar Solksjær is also nominated, but probably just to make up numbers.

For the second consecutive month, Chelsea also have a player nominated for Player of the Month. Last time it was Thiago Silva, this time it’s another new arrival, Ben Chilwell.

The left back has quickly become a key player (thankfully), and he’s fit in remarkably well, as if he had been here and playing with us his entire life.

Chilwell’s also facing some strong competition in Bruno Fernandes, Jack Grealish, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, Angelo Ogbonna, and James Ward-Prowse.

Congrats and good luck in the voting to both Chilly B and Super Frank!
