The international break is over and it’s time to get back to work. Chelsea reconvened on Wednesday to start preparations for Saturday’s away game at Wolves, and those preparations continued in earnest yesterday at Cobham.
But as usual, amid all the hard work, there was plenty of time for fun, with some friendly competition on the training ground and inside the training facilities, to keep the good vibes going.
Apparently, the oldies (including Captain Competitive) won outside.
While inside, Fikayo Tomori and Tammy Abraham defeated Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic in the foot-tennis game ... but then, as evidenced by Jorginho’s Instagram story, lost to the midfield combination of Jorginho and Mateo Kovačić.
Improvement required!
Who won that one then, @tammyabraham?! pic.twitter.com/mee0JkJVrl

It’s all in good fun of course, and it’s great to see the squad joking around and having fun.
It’s even better to see Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Antonio Rüdiger, N’Golo Kanté, Pedro, and yes, even Willian involved. Maybe we’re finally going to get healthy?
