Frank Lampard still hasn't been confirmed as the new Chelsea manager, but surely it's just a matter of time before he is. It is perhaps the worst kept secret in all of football.
While it's not clear exactly what the delay is, most teams and players are still on summer vacation. One of the few who isn't is Willian, who's been helping Brazil advance to the semifinals of the Copa America.
After their shootout win over Paraguay in the quarterfinals, Willian was thus asked about his thoughts about the impending appointment.
“He is a legend. He was an extraordinary player for the club, winning every possible title. He deserves so much respect and backing for what he has already achieved at the club. If Chelsea do bring him in, he will be very welcome.”
“Is he definitely going to be the next manager? I don’t know but I think he would be up to the task. He was a great player, and he is a great person. He’s only starting his managerial career now, but he has everything it takes to be a success.”

Willian actually got to play for a season with Lampard back in 2013-14, so hopefully he won't end up emoji-ing all over his picture after we win our next trophy.
