Watford and Bournemouth are leading the chase for England goalkeeper Jack Butland who wants to quit Championship side Stoke to boost his international prospects. Hornets boss Javi Gracia is eyeing a new ‘keeper despite veterans Ben Foster and Heurelho Gomes performing well this season. Butland, 26, is a decade younger than either and has nine England caps to his name - but Watford face competition from Cherries boss Eddie Howe who wants to replace Asmir Begovic and Artur Boruc.
