90+4min: FULL TIME. Chelsea win!

90+3min: Slavia win a corner ... but Willian heads clear and Slavia stray offside on the second phase.

90min: Four minutes added on as part of the home advantage. Chelsea keeping the ball well at the moment and still posing active danger.

85min: GOAL!! CHELSEA! Willian with a deep cross, Alonso outpaces his defender and heads home. Easy as you like. Kind of out of nowhere. 1-0, CHELSEA!

80min: Massive save by Arrizabalaga to keep the games scoreless. He had tipped the cross in, but it fell straight to a Slavia player who half-volleyed it acrobatically towards goal. Fortunately, Kepa dove in time to push it wide.

79min: Jorginho scores! But the play is whistled offside, and not much doubt about that one. Giroud was miles offside on Kante’s initial effort.

75min: Chelsea’s last change sees Loftus-Cheek replacing Barkley to try to save the day.

73min: Chelsea finally recover possession and just hold on tot he ball for a minute. Eventually a pass towards Giroud goes long and Slavia have a goal kick. Husbauer replaces Masopust for Slavia.

70min: Chelsea deal with a succession of corners with decreasing efficiency. The third oneis eventually blasted clear by Barkley and Chelsea can push out a bit.

68min: Hazard fouled twice in quick succession as Kante comes on to replace Kovacic. But it’s Slavia who pour forward as Willian’s free kick is cut out. Traore carries forward 50 yards to unleash a piledriver, which Kepa parries for a corner.

64min: Chelsea’s latest corner is headed with by Rudiger. Stoch is replaced by Zmrhal for the home side.

60min: Willian takes the corner, which is completely whiffed at by the goalkeeper. But he gets the lucky bounce and Chelsea have another corner. Willian whips that one in and Rudiger gets to volley it goalwards after a near post flick, which the goalkeeper saves with his feet. Danger’s not over as Giroud finds Willian, who goes for the left-footed effort, but drags it wide across the face of goal.

58min: End-to-end action and Barkley wins a corner. Pedro off for Hazard first.

57min: Suddenly inspired, Willian almost creates a great chance with a square ball across the penalty area, but Slavia cut it out at the last second. They come forward and Masopust almost nicks the ball off Christensen. The young defender gets lucky as he waited for the ball instead of stepping to it.

56min: Pedro loses the ball again, and Hazard gets up off the bench.

53min: Barkley’s flailing hand makes contact with someone’s head and the Slavia player crumples to the ground. Chelsea incensed at that call. Kepa punches clear the free kick, but Pedro loses the ball and Slavia pour forward. Their attack ends in an offside.

51min: Alonso wins a corner, which is worked short. Willian’s pass in finds Giroud, but his shot is deflected wide ... and then a goal kick is given.

49min: Barkley turns nicely in the penalty area but is squeezed out. Replays show he had a strong claim for a foul, but the referee wasn’t interested. Slavia look to counter, but Alonso is fouled and Chelsea recover.

47min: Barkley wins a header and Chelsea build up the left. Alonso fashion a nice low cross, which the defender slides and almost turns into his own net! Goalkeeper down to save smartly.

46min: Chelsea out early from half-time. No changes.

HALF-TIME: Slavia started well and finished even better. Chelsea hit the crossbar through Willian and Giroud was probably onside on the 1-v-1 breakaway, but otherwise, have offered absolutely nothing.

45min: Masopust bursts past Alonso, cuts inside Christensen, but his pass across is cut out by the last man, Rudiger. Had to make that block.

44min: Slavia pushing hard for a goal now, Chelsea holding fast, but it’s not encouraging viewing. Alonso does well to clear the second phase of a corner.

39min: Christensen tidies up well as Slavia push forward on the right once again.

36min: Barkley central to a couple potential half-chances for Chelsea, which break down just when they’re about the get interesting. It’s tough going out there for the Blues, especially with the home side eagerly pressing.

33min: Kepa catches a Coufal cross and launches a counter. Giroud looks to be in 1-v-1 after the defender slips, but is called offside. Looked marginal, at best.

31min: Chelsea make a mess of a foray up the right flank, and Sarri’s starting to become very agitated on the touchline.

27min: Benfica take the lead against 10-man Eintracht on the other side of the semifinal draw.

25min: Willian slams one off the crossbar! Cutting in from the left with the quick first step, he beats the goalkeeper from 20 yards but not the woodwork, which rattles on for a good long while. So close!

21min: Kepa almost makes the mess of catching a long shot from Sevcik, but luckily the ball bounces straight up in the air and he catches it at the second try.

19min: Ngadeu somehow doesn’t get carded for wiping out Barkley. The free kick comes to nothing.

17min: Alonso doing less good work overall; Chelsea still not quite up to par just yet either.

13min: Azpilicueta doing good work defensively, but Chelsea not quite up to par just yet. Home crowd buoyant.

7min: Chelsea venture forward at at last and Barkley hits one from 35 yards. It’s not close.

5min: It’s all Slavia early, with Chelsea holding a decent defensive shape.

1min: Slavia have an early chance with a great free kick delivered to the far post, but Deli heads wide with Rudiger in close attention.
