1. JORGINHO (8.0)
This is the seventh appearance in the top three for Jorginho (and second Man of the Match), which is now best on the team, one ahead of Tammy Abraham (though he does have 3 MoMs). But the moment that defined Jorginho’s performance on Tuesday, and most days this season, is the little chin-up gesture he did after scoring the first penalty.

2. REECE JAMES (7.9, sub)
It’s fair to say that Reece changed the game for the better for Chelsea even before the double sending-offs for Ajax invited us to complete the memorable comeback. Not only did he get his first Champions League goal, he was a constant threat with his crossing from the right, inspiring part-time pundit and Chelsea youth coach Joe Cole to tell a story.
“When I was playing in America, I came around to train with the kids [at Chelsea]. We were having a shooting session and the kids’ shooting was erratic, but James was on the money, on the money, whipping crosses, it was like watching Beckham.”

3. CHRISTIAN PULISIC (7.3)
A bit of a mixed bag for Pulisic in this one, with a lot of strong work off the ball, some good moves on the ball, some rather poor decisions in the final third (like most of the rest of Chelsea’s attack, especially in the first half), and a couple key plays as well, including on Chelsea’s second goal of the night.
