How should Chelsea line up against Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup?

Chelsea vs. Sheffield Wednesday, FA Cup: You choose the starting lineup

After the drama and emotion of Thursday night, Chelsea need to switch gears quickly for Sunday’s FA Cup encounter against Championship side Sheffield Wednesday at the Bridge. Wednesday may pose far less of a threat than Spurs, in theory at least, but Chelsea will still need to be very much up for this game as we look to advance to the fifth round (last 16).

Despite the short turnaround, we do have some team news to contend with. In rather unfortunate news, Andreas Christensen picked up a hamstring injury just ahead of the match against Spurs and is unlikely to be back anytime soon. The same was expected of Ruben Loftus-Cheek when his back injury was confirmed, but it sounds like he’s making a big push to return early and might be in contention for this weekend already. And then there is Gonzalo Higuaín, who’s now eligible and could be (should be?) set for his debut.

But will that be from the start of the match or just as a substitute? Lucas Piazon made a surprise appearance on the bench on Thursday; could he be in line for a start in this one?

Choose wisely.
