Who, when, how to watch Chelsea players in Friday’s internationals

Friday’s international action sees Belgium take on Scotland in a meaningless friendly and Italy take on Poland in a slightly more meaningful one. There are a few other games going on, too, but as far as Chelsea involvement goes, those two are the big ones.
